Black Touch '96 is a mid-90s production from the Southeast Asian arcade scene, at a time when numerous Korean and Taiwanese companies produced fighting games for the regional market on modest budgets. Surviving information on its development is scarce. It's remembered today, if at all, as one more piece of the immense catalog of low-profile fighting games that circulated through Asia that decade, without the reach of the genre's big Japanese brands.
