Cute Fighter is a one-on-one fighting game with a chibi-style character roster, a common twist different Asian studios gave to the Street Fighter II mold to stand out with a lighter, less violent tone. Solid documentation on its development is scarce. It's one more example of the huge number of niche fighting games that set out to compete, without much budget, in the wake of Capcom's and SNK's success.
