Designed by Rob Fulop, it alternates between two playable characters — a seagull flying over the sea looking for clues, and a mermaid diving down to recover the fragments of Poseidon's trident — in a structure that blends exploration, platforming, and a bit of environmental puzzle-solving, uncommon in the 2600's catalog of pure action. The constant switch between air and water forces you to approach the game in two different registers.
It's remembered as one of Imagic's most ambitious experiments in its push to go beyond the generic shooter, with a mythological setting that still feels underexplored in the console's catalog today.
