Rikki & Vikki was released in late 2018, the work of programmer Osman Celimli (known in the community as TailChao) and published on cartridge by the homebrew label Second Dimension: the player controls, solo or with another person, two siblings with complementary abilities, combining jumps, pushes, and teamwork to solve platforming puzzles within levels visually polished to an unusual degree for 7800 hardware. It's considered, almost unanimously within the community, one of the best homebrews the console ever received: a cooperative platformer with a level of polish many compare directly to commercial productions from the system's golden era.
