21 -Two One- is a Japanese release from PrincessSoft, a studio that at the time specialized in board and card games for the local market; the title builds its gameplay around blackjack logic, something uncommon within Dreamcast's catalog, which leaned more toward action and arcade simulators.
It never left Japan and today is a minor piece for anyone assembling the console's complete collection of Japanese releases: it didn't change the history of the genre, but it's a good reminder of how much Sega experimented with niche genres in the platform's final years.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
