Part of the long-running Daisenryaku wargame saga, this chapter moves the action to World War II Europe and puts the focus on logistics, terrain, and unit management rather than any flashy spectacle. It's the kind of demanding military simulation Sega reserved almost exclusively for the Japanese audience, with no concessions made toward the outside world.
Like much of the series, it stayed completely off the Western radar. Today it only makes sense for someone who's already a fan of turn-based wargames and willing to wrestle with menus entirely in Japanese.
