Based on the real dekotora subculture -trucks decorated with lights, paint, and extravagant ornaments, popularized by the Torakku Yarou film series-, the game has the player compete and customize their own truck with that same over-the-top spirit.
It's an absolute niche series even within Japan, tied to a very local aesthetic. It never crossed borders, and today it's a curiosity for anyone interested in that very particular trucker culture.
