Biohazard: Deadly Silence is the Japanese name for Resident Evil: Deadly Silence, the DS remake of the 1996 Resident Evil that rebuilds the Spencer mansion with improved graphics, new camera angles, and mechanics designed for Nintendo's hardware, such as stabbing zombies with the stylus or solving puzzles with the touchscreen. It also added a Rebirth mode with new content and a local co-op mode exclusive to this version.
It's one of the most ambitious survival horror adaptations DS received, and it remains the most accessible way to revisit the saga's origin with controls designed from the ground up for the handheld.
