With crude humor built on the American southern-redneck stereotype -the "redneck" of the title-, it offers arcade races where, instead of karts or motorcycles, players ride pigs, goats, or chickens through farm circuits. It's part of a very specific vein of budget production from the mid-to-late 2000s, churned out by studios specializing in cheap games with easy humor.
It never aspired to quality nor was it taken seriously by critics; its place in the console's history is that of catalog filler for the discount segment.
