Chikyuu no Arukikata (roughly "How to Walk the Globe") is a series of printed travel guides that has accompanied Japanese backpackers around the planet since the '70s, updated edition after edition with practical information on each destination. This DS version brought that content -maps, useful phrases, recommendations- into digital format, taking advantage of the console's portability as a lightweight replacement for the pocket book.
It's not a game but a travel utility, another example of how Nintendo and its publishing partners explored non-gaming uses for DS in the Japanese market.
