It gathers two of Japan's most popular logic pastimes under one title: 'nanpure' (the Japanese version of sudoku) and 'oekaki logic' (the picture-cross puzzles known as picross or nonograms), both solved with the stylus on numbered grids.
It's representative of the enormous number of numeric-puzzle compilations DS's Japanese market produced, backed by the massive popularity of sudoku and picross in the country during those years. It does its job well as a pocket pastime.
