Developed by Camelot, Beyond the Beyond was one of the first traditional turn-based RPGs to arrive on the Western PlayStation, featuring a chosen young hero facing an oppressive empire alongside a cast of companions. Its classic formula and manual combat-dodge system made it a modest but significant title for the console's early role-playing lineup.
