The fourth entry and first reboot of Alone in the Dark, originally developed by French studio Darkworks -with the PS2 version adapted by Spiral House- and published by Infogrames; it brings back Edward Carnby to an island infested with creatures, with fixed cameras and puzzle-solving as its backbone.
Today it's valued as a link between the classic survival horror of the '90s and the more action-oriented approach of the 2000s, and as a way to trace the origins of a genre before Resident Evil popularized it fully.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
