Alpine Skiing 2005 belongs to that batch of winter sports games European publishers released at low prices to accompany each season, with downhill, slalom, and jump modes built for quick sessions. It doesn't aim for hardcore simulation but for immediate fun among friends.
Today it's a minor rarity of the PAL catalog, one of those that showed up on supermarket shelves more than in specialized magazines, but that gave PS2 an almost endless sports offering.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
