It adapts the small flying robot with superpowers created by Osamu Tezuka in the '50s, one of the most influential characters in the history of manga and anime, star of successive animated series across the decades. The game brings his powers -flight, strength, and beam rays- to action levels made for a family audience.
Like most Astro Boy video game licenses, it works more as a gateway to the character for new generations than as a memorable experience on its own merit; its interest today is mostly nostalgia for Tezuka.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
