Astro Boy: The Video Game adapts the 2009 animated feature into an action-and-platforming game where Astro uses his iconic cannon arms and flight ability to make his way through levels and face enemies, developed by High Voltage Software to accompany the film's release.
It's a typical licensed adaptation of its era, made to coincide with the release calendar, but also an accessible way to approach an icon of classic Japanese manga and anime in a family-action format.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
