Basketball Xciting offers basketball games with no official licenses or ambition beyond covering the genre for the low-cost European market. It's representative of a stretch of sports games PS2 received in great quantity, made to sell cheap rather than leave a mark.
Today it's a practically anonymous title, of interest only to exhaustive collectors of the console's European sports catalog.
