Blood Will Tell is the international title of Dororo, the game Red Entertainment developed under the Sega label adapting Osamu Tezuka's manga about Hyakkimaru, a warrior who lost parts of his body to demons and must recover them one by one by defeating them with the sword hidden in his arm. It mixes direct combat action with a chapter-based adventure structure, faithful to the somber tone of the original manga.
It's one of the most honest video game adaptations of Tezuka's work, valued today by followers of the mangaka and by those seeking PS2 action rarities with a strong narrative premise.
