Championship Manager 2006 brings to PS2 the club-management depth -transfers, tactics, finances- that made the saga famous on PC, though with the limitations inherent to adapting such a dense interface to a console controller. It was developed by Beautiful Game Studios and published by Eidos.
For football management fans without a PC on hand, it represented one of the few entry points to the genre on PS2. Its value today is mostly historical, as testimony to a golden age for football management games.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
