Chemist Tycoon puts the player in charge of a pharmacy or lab business, with stock management, customer service, and business growth as the axes of a management simulator designed for an audience that enjoyed 'tycoon' games, a genre very popular on PC that had a more limited presence on PS2. It's a modestly produced European title.
Today it's a curiosity within the small handful of management simulators that reached PS2, a genre that flourished much more on computers than on that generation's consoles.
