City Soccer Challenge offers soccer matches with unlicensed teams and leagues, a common practice among European studios that couldn't compete for the rights to FIFA or Pro Evolution Soccer.
Its distribution remained limited to the European market and today it's mostly a minor piece for collectors of low-budget arcade soccer.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
