Club Football - FC Bayern München is one of the installments in Konami's Club Football series, which instead of offering a full league focused on a single officially licensed club, in this case Bayern Munich, with its roster, stadium, and identity reproduced with the same engine the Winning Eleven / Pro Evolution Soccer saga was using at the time. It was a commercial strategy designed to sell the affection of each team's fanbase separately.
Today it's mostly a niche piece for Bayern followers who played with that era's roster; the game engine is the same one that sustained the PES titles of those years, so it technically holds up better than the average minor sports license.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
