Cocoto Fishing Master, developed by Neko Entertainment, folds into the Cocoto franchise - which also included karts and platformers - with simple, colorful fishing minigames made for short, accessible sessions. It prioritizes immediate fun over simulating the sport.
It was part of a wave of budget games with their own characters that sought to compete with the pricier licenses in PS2's children's catalog. Today it's a minor curiosity for those who followed the series at the time.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
