Crusty Demons brings to the console the spirit of the freestyle motocross video that lends it its name, with impossible stunts, giant jumps, and an irreverent aesthetic tied to 2000s extreme-sports culture. The formula closely follows the genre's motocross benchmarks of the time.
It's a niche title within PS2's already crowded extreme-sports genre, aimed directly at the audience that consumed that kind of video content before YouTube existed.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
