Battle Bakraid picks up Battle Garegga's DNA — selectable ships, a rank system that punishes or rewards depending on how you play, waves of shots covering much of the screen — and pushes it a step further in bullet density. This "Unlimited Version" is the revision that added extra content to the original edition.
It's a cult board among shoot 'em up specialists, a genre that by that point spoke almost exclusively to its loyal audience, but one where Battle Bakraid found one of its design's highest points.
