Bio-Attack puts the player at the controls of a miniaturized ship navigating inside a human body shooting at viruses, a premise taken directly from 20th Century Fox's film Fantastic Voyage. Taito released it in 1983 on its SJ System board, with a license from Fox Video Games involved. It's a curiosity within Taito's early catalog: it applies the already-proven post-Space Invaders vertical shooter mechanic to an unusual visual premise for the time, that of a microscopic journey inside the human body.
