Blue Print, published by Konami in 1982, combines platforming and puzzle-solving: the player builds a path out of prefabricated pieces while a character advances automatically, fleeing from a witch chasing him through increasingly elaborate scenarios. It's an early example of on-the-fly construction mechanics, uncommon for the era. It was overshadowed by other Konami titles of the same year, but its idea of solving the level by placing pieces in real time anticipates mechanics that would later become common in the puzzle-action genre.
