Bachelor Party and Gigolo are part of the brief run of adult-content titles the company Mystique published without a license for the Atari 2600 in 1982, taking advantage of how open the cartridge system was at the time. Mechanically they're very simple skill games, with the erotic content as the only commercial hook; their playable merit is practically nil. They survive today as an uncomfortable testament to an adolescent industry that still had no ratings or content codes, and that Atari itself tried to shut down through legal action at the time.
