Submarine Commander puts the player in command of a submarine, with missions to sink enemy ships and dodge depth charges, within the tradition of simplified naval simulators the home computer catalog produced in quantity from the early 80s onward. There isn't, however, enough reliable documentation to pin down its specific development with certainty.
