"7" only ever reached Japan, with little information making it beyond the region and no later localization, common for much of PS2's niche catalog.
Its interest today is mostly archaeological: it's one of those titles that survives in collective memory only as another entry in the exhaustive listings of the console's Japanese catalog.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
