Billy the Wizard - Rocket Broomstick Racing offers arcade races on rocket-propelled magic broomsticks, with fantasy circuits, power-ups, and a light tone aimed at a family audience. It fits into the tradition of 'unrealistic' racing games that coexisted on PS2 alongside serious sports licenses, betting on humor and fantasy over simulation.
It's a modest European title, little remembered outside its release window, that today works as a light curiosity for collectors of the console's arcade racers.
