Ace Attacker is an arcade volleyball game developed by Sega in 1988, part of the wave of sports simulators the company regularly released to fill arcades with quick, flashy matches. Serves and spikes are handled with the direct readability Sega gave its board-level sports games: less simulation, more immediate control. It's not among the studio's most remembered sports titles, but it's still a valid example of how Sega approached the genre before beach volleyball became trendy in the 90s.
