Alien Sector offers the usual arcade sci-fi premise: alien hostility, constant shooting, and the tension of surviving wave after wave. It's one of those titles that competed in a market saturated with shooters without standing out enough to leave a big mark on collective memory.
Today it survives as a minor piece of the era's huge shooting catalog, more interesting to rare-board researchers than to the casual player looking for a recognizable classic.
