Armed Police Batrider is one of Raizing's last great vertical shooters before the studio dissolved into Eighting, and it inherits the team's obsession with risk-and-reward systems: the more you abuse the charged weapon, the more aggressive enemies become. This "B Version" is one of the revisions of the original board, with balance adjustments compared to the initial edition.
It's a key piece for understanding the close of an era of the classic Japanese shooter, the one built on dedicated boards with difficulty calibrated to the millimeter. Genre fans place it among the best the studio produced before disappearing.
