Baluba-louk no Densetsu ("the legend of Baluba-louk") is a Japanese arcade production that had no distribution outside its home market and for which little reliable documentation survives. Based on its title and the structure of the era, it's associated with the wave of mid-80s action and platform games built for short arcade matches. It's, in that sense, an example of the huge amount of Japanese arcade output that never crossed borders: pieces that today circulate almost as collector curiosities, without the fame of their more widely exported contemporaries.
