Bioplaything Cop is a title with scant circulation within the huge universe of beat 'em ups that flourished after the success of Double Dragon and Final Fight, with a tech-cop-versus-street-gangs premise. The surviving documentation doesn't allow for a precise reconstruction of its origin or release year. It's representative of the huge number of clones and regional variants the genre produced at its peak popularity, many of them today almost impossible to trace beyond the cabinet itself.
