Cheongchun Ilbeonji is the South Korean market localization of My Hero, Sega's game in which a student must fight his way through the city to rescue his girlfriend, kidnapped by a gang of thugs. It runs on Sega System 1 hardware and keeps the Japanese original's (Seishun Scandal) gameplay intact, with only language and regional cataloging changes.
Its interest today is mostly regional: it's a testament to how Sega distributed its titles adapted to different Asian markets, rather than a design revision of My Hero, which, along with Kung-Fu Master, defined much of the eighties beat 'em up's DNA.
