Cyvern - The Dragon Weapons brings the intense, colorful shooting style that made Psikyo known —tight enemy waves, imposing bosses— to a horizontal format with dragon-and-mechanical-aesthetic ships, an uncommon variation within the studio's mostly vertical catalog.
It remained a niche board compared to the house's more famous vertical shooters, but it retains the same breathless action pulse that its admirers seek in any Psikyo title.
