Fantasy Zone Time Attack is a variant of Sega's original 1986 Fantasy Zone, the horizontal shoot 'em up starring Opa-Opa, the balloon-shaped winged ship, which here reorganizes the experience around a time-attack challenge instead of the traditional level playthrough.
It keeps the original's overflowing color-drenched visual identity intact, but targets an audience that already knows the base game and seeks a different scoring and speed challenge.
