All Points Bulletin is the expanded title of A.P.B., the arcade game Atari Games released in 1987 and which Atari itself brought to the Lynx in 1991: some catalogs and collections prefer this full name over the abbreviation popularized by the cartridge. It's, in essence, the same game: a rookie cop must ticket a fixed number of offenders before chasing the main criminal, under the pressure of an unforgiving countdown. As a catalog entry it's worth more as a naming clarification than as a distinct game: the playable experience is the same urban chase with arcade pacing documented in the A.P.B. entry for Lynx.
