Amidar swaps the "eat the dots" formula of its contemporaries for completing rectangles on a grid while a group of enemies tries to catch you; it came out on arcade boards and was ported to numerous computers and consoles of the early '80s, including this version. It's a piece of arcade archaeology: less remembered than its direct contemporaries, but key to understanding the variety of ideas the maze genre tried out before Pac-Man soaked up all the attention.
