Baseball Heroes came out in 1992, developed and published by Atari Corporation itself, offering a simplified version of baseball designed for short games on the Lynx's screen: team selection, timing-based batting, and a colorful presentation in line with the handheld's lighter sports catalog. It doesn't aim for the simulation depth of other genre entries of the era, but rather the immediacy typical of a Lynx cartridge.
