Cosmic Creeps belongs to that universe of third-party cartridges that accompanied the Atari 2600 through its commercial peak, with a sci-fi premise the title itself suggests, without much reliable documentation, at this distance, about the finer details of its design or its development team. It's better to acknowledge that gap than to fill it with invented data.
As a collector's item, it functions like so many other minor cartridges of the era: a testament to the enormous number of small studios that tried to carve out a spot in the catalog of the era's most popular console, with widely varying luck.
