Jungle Fever / Knight on the Town is the cartridge the company Playaround published in 1982 for the Atari 2600, part of that same current of "adult" software that also produced Bachelor Party and Beat'Em & Eat'Em: in this case, a gender-role-reversed version of another title from the same publisher, Burning Desire, with a mechanic of dodging obstacles to rescue a captive character.
Like the rest of those cartridges, its place in history is more that of an uncomfortable anecdote than of design merit: it helps gauge just how much the Atari 2600's third-party market had become, by 1982, a territory with no quality or content control whatsoever, barely a year before the commercial collapse that dragged down much of that industry.
