Paperboy is the conversion of the Atari Games arcade machine designed by Dave Ralston, in which the player delivers newspapers by bicycle through a suburban neighborhood, dodging cars, dogs, and other obstacles while trying to land the papers in subscribers' mailboxes.
Published by Atari Corp for its home console line, it retains the continuous-scroll formula and aiming precision that made the original arcade one of the great arcade hits of the 80s.
