"Porky's," the comedy about a group of teenagers trying to sneak into a nightclub, got its own adaptation courtesy of 20th Century Fox, an action-and-reflex game that barely touches on the film's plot to justify the license, in line with much of the era's "plot-hook" cartridges. The content, despite the film's racy tone, stays within the usual limits of the console's family-friendly catalog.
It's one more curiosity from the movie-license fever that defined the 2600 in its final stretch, when almost any box-office hit eventually ended up turned into a cartridge.
