Ruiner Pinball came out in 1995, developed by High Voltage Software and published by Atari Corporation: a single sci-fi themed pinball table, leveraging the Jaguar's power to achieve ball physics and flipper response more believable than previous generations of digital pinball. It added bonus modes and secret objectives to encourage repeated games in pursuit of better scores. It's one of the genre's late representatives in the Jaguar catalog, at a time when simulated pinball was gradually starting to gain ground on physical tables within the home video game offering.
