This compilation, identified by its own build date (March 18, 2004), documents the community's later work on the leaked material from Space War 2000: once the code and assets from Atari's original prototype were recovered, different members of the Jaguar's programmer scene set out to stabilize it and bring it to a fully playable state. It is, in that sense, more a restoration effort than a new development. It serves as testimony to a recurring phenomenon in Jaguar history: projects canceled by Atari that, years later, end up completed or at least made playable thanks to the effort of their most dedicated fans.
