Crazy Taxi 2 continues the formula Hitmaker (the Sega division that inherited AM3) had debuted in arcades and on the original Dreamcast: driving a taxi at full speed, jumping traffic and using impossible shortcuts to get passengers to their destination before time runs out. This sequel swaps the American West Coast for a city inspired by New York and adds new drivers and acrobatic tricks behind the wheel.
Though it never matched the cultural impact of the original -the one that, alongside Jet Set Radio, defined the carefree, colorful tone of the Dreamcast era- it remains one of the best-regarded sequels in the console's exclusive catalog, and a solid reason for anyone building a collection centered on Sega's legacy today.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
