Days of Memories builds school-life and romance stories with visual-novel structure: choosing dialogue, nurturing relationships with different characters, working toward one of several possible endings based on decisions made. This third entry keeps that formula, aimed at an audience that in Japan regularly consumes these simulators, especially among teenage and young adult women.
Like almost the entire saga, it never crossed over to the Western market, where the dating-simulation genre arrived much later and in a more limited way.
